“ Went here for the first time today with my boyfriend. Never had hot pot or Korean bbq so was super excited to try it and definitely had a wonderful time. Atmosphere and food was great! Our server Travis was super helpful and friendly, had some questions and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything really well! He made the experience easy and welcoming. Will definitely be going back, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time! ”

“ Overall experience was perfect. I been in different location in Novi, Lansing, Columbus and Cleveland and I can say they have been consistent with all location when it comes to quality of food and service. A spacious parking lot. Great atmosphere. Decently staffed which allows for quick orders on the tablet, fast response time, constant check up, request, and clearing tables. 4 minute period ordering time. Each location has an option of dinning in or all you can eat. I highly recommend choosing the buffet option at dinner time. Dinner might be a bit pricey (70 for two) but it is worth the value because you have way more options. They allow to have customers to have both option of hotpot and bbq. The sauce option were phenomenal, clean and always restock. The meat selection are not the highest quality but they are fresh. Recommend garlic pork belly and short ribs. Will be returning again. ”
“ My brother took me and my mother there on our mother's Birthday, It was me and my mother's first time going to a Hot Pot/BBQ and It was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were quick, polite, very knowledgeable of their menu and overall amazing! The person that attended us at our table took her time to explain how the grill worked and how to order. If I could give this a 100 stars I would! I truly recommend going there! ”
“ Our meal in three words: fast, fresh, flavorful. We were extremely impressed both by the variety and quality of the ingredients as well as how quickly they made it to our table after placing an order. To that point, the touchscreen ordering system was quite convenient, so long as you don't have any questions about the menu! (But there were also plenty of staff on hand to assist if needed.) I can't speak for the grill experience as our whole table ordered hotpot, but there were an extensive number of flavorful broths to choose from. We left very satisfied - so full that we even forgot about the free ice cream! Honestly, the only weak part of the meal was the (complimentary) bonchon - the kimchi and cucumber salad were so sweet they might as well have been our missing dessert. ”
“ Our server Kaitlyn was very friendly and polite. The only issue that wasn’t the servers fault was they were busy so beer and rice took a little bit longer to arrive at our table. But other than that the food was good quality. Our favorite item was the beef bulgogi regular and spicy version. The garlic shrimp and chicken were also super tasty. ”
“ Everything about this place is 5 star. The food is amazing and the beverages are amazing, the only thing this place is missing is the option to have someone feed you. They got it going on here and service is dialed in. I'll sit and eat my fill until I'm kicked out or I can't even move! HOT POT FOR LIFE!!! ”
